Booking Conditions
Please read the booking conditions below carefully before making an appointment.
By booking an appointment at Bricks&Broks Grooming Salon, you automatically agree to these conditions.
Estimated Prices
The prices stated on our website are estimated prices.
The final price may vary depending on:
• the size of the animal
• the condition of the coat
• home maintenance
• the animal's behavior
• the duration of the treatment
If a coat requires more work than expected, the price may be adjusted to reflect the actual working time.
Heavy coats and special treatments
A different price may apply for certain coat types or breeds.
This may be the case for:
• de-shedding coats (such as Border Collie, German Shepherd, Shetland Collie)
• very dense undercoats
• severely matted coats
• intensive restorative work
If in doubt, please contact us beforehand so we can assess the appropriate treatment.
Washing dogs
Dogs are routinely washed at the grooming salon, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
This is important for good and safe coat care.
Fleas
If fleas are detected during the treatment, we will stop the appointment.
In such cases, we charge €10 for the salon's treatment and schedule a new appointment after the animal has been treated for fleas.
Animal behavior
If an animal exhibits very aggressive behavior or if the treatment cannot be performed safely, the treatment may be adjusted or stopped.
This is always done in the best interest of the animal and the safety of the groomer.
Multiple animals
If you wish to have two or more dogs or cats from the same family groomed, please contact us in advance.
This allows us to allocate sufficient time in our schedule.
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance or in case of no-show without notification, 50% of the planned treatment will be charged.
Exceptions may be made for illness or death, provided this can be demonstrated.
Animal welfare
We always act in the best interest of the animal.
If the agreed-upon style is not feasible, for example due to a poorly maintained coat, the style may be adjusted.
If necessary, we will opt for an animal-friendly solution such as the Smoothie Model.
Referrals for certain breeds
For very large breeds or breeds that need hand-stripping (such as some terriers), we sometimes refer to a colleague.
