Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

    Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

    As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

    To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt via:

    After this notification, you have another 14 days to return the product.

    The product must be:

    • unused

    • in its original condition

    • in its original packaging

    • accompanied by proof of purchase

    The costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or delivered incorrectly.

    Exclusions

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery

    • personalized or custom-made products

    • gift cards

    The product may only be handled and inspected as would be possible in a physical store. If the product has actually been used (e.g. for animal care) and is therefore no longer in a new, saleable condition, the return may be refused.

    Damaged or incorrectly delivered products

    If a product was damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly, the customer must report this as soon as possible via info@bricksandbroks.be.

    In that case, the return costs will be borne by Bricks&Broks.

    Refund

    Right of Withdrawal (customer return)

    The customer has the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt.

    Return costs are at the customer's expense.

    After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount of the products will be refunded.

    Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

    If a package is not collected from the collection point and is automatically returned to us, this will be considered a return.

    In this case, the incurred shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

    For re-shipment, shipping costs will be charged again.
