2. Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to every order placed via the Bricks&Broks webshop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and clearly displayed before the final confirmation of the order.

4. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered during checkout.

An order will only be processed after full payment has been received.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped within the timeframe stated in the shipping policy.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on external circumstances.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer once the goods are physically taken into possession.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt of the goods, in accordance with the return and refund policy.

7. Liability

Bricks&Broks is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by incorrect use of the purchased products.

Liability is in any case limited to the value of the purchased product.

8. Force Majeure

Bricks&Broks cannot be held liable for delays or non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, transport problems, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All content of the webshop, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Bricks&Broks and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Changes

Bricks&Broks reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time.

The terms and conditions that apply are those in force at the time of the order.

11. Applicable Law and Competent Court

All agreements are exclusively governed by Belgian law.

Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Antwerp district.
