Can I return a brush if I've tried it?

You may view products as in a store, but actual use (brushing) does not count as 'returning in original, resaleable condition'.

If the product has clearly been used and can no longer be resold, the return may be refused.

How should I use a brush without irritating my pet?

Always start gently and in the direction of hair growth.

Allow your dog or cat to get used to it, and reward them in between.

For tangles: work from the outside in with a combination of a mini slicker, a fine comb, and conditioner spray. Cut away large, thick, firm knots if possible. Always point the scissors away from the skin. If in doubt, contact a professional grooming salon.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes.

Our shampoos and sprays are developed with respect for skin balance and do not contain aggressive ingredients. They are safe for most skin types.

In case of proven allergies or severe skin problems, it is best to first contact your veterinarian.

Our products are also safe for our own skin and do not dry it out.

Which brush is right for my dog or cat?

The right brush depends on coat length and coat structure:

Short-haired: Flexible comb

Medium-haired: Curved slicker 18mm - possibly combine with a flexible comb during shedding season. Fine comb to check for knots.

Long-haired: Curved slicker 25mm

Curly/thick: Combination of brushes depending on the chosen cut length at the grooming salon.

The small slicker is for small dogs or cats, for detail work such as behind the ears, under the armpits, etc.
