Pre-order conditions

With a pre-order, you reserve a product from a future delivery.

We make every effort to ensure this delivery proceeds as planned. In exceptional cases (such as production or transport issues), a delivery may be delayed or unable to proceed.

In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the pre-order (partially).

Any amounts paid will be fully refunded in such cases.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

After processing, the average delivery time is:

Belgium: 2–5 business days

Netherlands, Germany, France, and Luxembourg: 2–7 business days

International orders: depending on the country of destination

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before order confirmation.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays

Bricks&Broks is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is not received, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bricksandbroks.be, so we can provide an appropriate solution.

Collection

Collection is possible by appointment in Beerse.
